FOR THE HIGH-ACHIEVERS

Something Has Shifted Between You.

You have built a life together in one of the most ambitious cities in the world. You know how to problem-solve, how to push through, how to make things work. But lately, something between you two is not working and the usual strategies are not helping.
Maybe you are roommates more than partners. Maybe the same argument keeps cycling back no matter how many times you resolve it. Maybe one of you is quietly wondering if this relationship still has a future and neither of you knows how to say it out loud.

Your relationship deserves more than squeezing difficult conversations into the cracks of a busy week. Couples therapy offers dedicated time to slow down, strengthen communication, and rebuild the connection you've been missing.
If you are ready to stop managing and start actually healing, this is the place to begin.

The Methods

Structured, Skills-Based, Intervention-Focused Couples Therapy

01

Informed Gottman Method & Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT)

Through evidenced based research, we may use assessments to understand the inner workings of your relationship to help build the scaffolding and skills to address conflict and create safety for repair and reconnection. Through the use of EFT, you will understand your and your partners attachment needs that lie underneath the surface of arguments.

Decades of clinical evidence

02

Informed Imago Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, & Sex Therapy

Together, we'll build empathy, strengthen communication, and explore the difficult conversations—from intimacy, desire, and sexuality to identity, LGBTQIA+ experiences, nontraditional relationship structures, betrayal, and trauma—through a collaborative, direct, and trauma-informed lens that helps both partners feel understood while creating meaningful, lasting change.

Just real work, done in a space where you feel completely comfortable.

Infidelity breaks the foundation of a relationship — not just the trust, but the story you both told yourselves about who you were as a couple.

The path through it, whether it leads to rebuilding or a conscious ending, requires more than time. It requires the right kind of support.

Path to Growth Therapy works with Washington couples at every stage — the acute crisis, the long and messy middle, and the point where clarity finally starts to emerge.

DIscernment counseling

If you are not sure whether your relationship is worth saving, couples therapy is not the right starting place. Discernment counseling is.

It is not about fixing the relationship. It is about helping you both arrive at a clear, honest answer about whether you want to — and what the path forward looks like from there.
