Evidence-based trauma therapy for high-achievers ready to stop managing and start actually healing.
You've built a life that looks good on paper. You're capable and high-functioning — but something keeps pulling you back. A reaction you can't explain. A weight you've carried so long you've forgotten what life feels like without it.
You're tired of talk therapy that revisits the same stories without real change. You need to get to the root of what's keeping you stuck — and actually move past it.
"You don't need more coping skills. You need to get to the root."
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing uses bilateral stimulation to process stuck traumatic memories — reducing their emotional charge until they become just a memory, without the pain. Unlike talk therapy, EMDR targets where you got stuck. Your brain already knows how to heal. EMDR helps it finish the job.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy uses imagery rescripting to change how traumatic memories are stored — often creating shifts even faster, in as few as 1–5 sessions. It's less taxing, parts can actually feel good, and clients leave sessions already feeling lighter and better. Personalized. Innovative. Effective.
Somewhere along the way you lost your spark — and no amount of pushing through has brought it back.
You're exhausted from always being on guard, waiting for the next thing to fall apart.
Everything looks fine on the outside. But underneath, you know you're not actually okay — and you're tired of pretending you are.
You've white-knuckled it. Deep down you know ignoring the real issue is just keeping you stuck.

For more than 16 years, I've had the privilege of helping people heal through some of life's most difficult experiences. My career has taken me through community mental health, crisis work, addiction treatment, leadership, clinical supervision, and private practice, giving me experience with both acute trauma and the quieter, cumulative wounds that shape how we see ourselves and our relationships.
Today, I specialize in helping adults move beyond trauma, anxiety, grief, betrayal, and major life transitions using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)—evidence-based approaches that help the brain and body process experiences that talk therapy alone often can't fully resolve.
My approach is grounded in hundreds of hours of advanced trauma training and informed by attachment theory, parts work, somatic therapies, CBT, and neuroscience. I also mentor and supervise other therapists, helping them deepen their clinical skills and confidently work with trauma, which allows me to stay continually immersed in the latest research and best practices.
My therapy style is compassionate, collaborative, and refreshingly direct. I'll challenge you when it serves your growth, celebrate your progress, and create a space where you don't have to carry everything alone. We can explore difficult experiences without staying stuck in them, combining deep emotional work with practical strategies that help you feel better not just in session, but in your everyday life.
Healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about releasing what no longer belongs so you can reconnect with the version of yourself that has always been there beneath the trauma, fear, and survival patterns.
If you're looking for EMDR or ART therapy in Fort Collins with a therapist who brings both extensive clinical expertise and genuine human connection, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
