11. Therapy Services
Psychotherapy services are governed by separate informed consent documents, practice policies, and client agreements.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a psychotherapy service agreement, the psychotherapy agreement shall control.
Prospective therapy consultations are offered at no charge unless otherwise stated.
Participation in a consultation does not guarantee that therapy services will be offered or that a therapeutic relationship will be established.
12. Therapy Intensives
Therapy intensives, including EMDR Intensives, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Intensives, Discernment Counseling Intensives, and other extended-format services, may require deposits, installment payments, or payment in full prior to the scheduled intensive.
Specific scheduling requirements, preparation expectations, cancellation policies, payment schedules, and participation requirements will be outlined in the applicable Intensive Agreement.
Unless otherwise provided in that agreement:
* Cancellations made fewer than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled intensive may result in forfeiture of all or part of any deposit or scheduled payment.
* Approved emergency rescheduling requests may, at the sole discretion of Path to Growth Therapy, LLC, be accommodated when feasible.
* Approved rescheduled intensives are generally expected to occur within three (3) months of the original appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Professional Consultation, Coaching, and Supervision
Professional consultation, coaching, and clinical supervision services are educational and consultative in nature unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
* Fees are non-refundable after services have been provided.
* Individual consultation or coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice.
* When circumstances arise within twenty-four (24) hours of a scheduled session, Path to Growth Therapy, LLC may, at its sole discretion, permit one-time rescheduling during the same calendar week when advance communication is received and scheduling availability permits.
* Emergency situations may be considered on an individual basis.
* Missed appointments without communication or approved rescheduling are considered forfeited.
Consultation, coaching, and supervision are not crisis services and do not establish an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or guarantee of professional outcomes.
14. Consultation Groups
Participation in consultation groups is reserved for registered participants.
Because group scheduling depends on the participation of multiple individuals:
* Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
* Missed meetings are forfeited.
* Makeup sessions are not guaranteed.
* Access to recordings, supplemental materials, or alternative sessions, if offered, shall be at the sole discretion of Path to Growth Therapy, LLC.
15. Trainings, Workshops, and Educational Events
Registration for trainings, workshops, webinars, presentations, retreats, and other educational events may be subject to additional event-specific terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
* Registration fees are non-refundable.
* If a participant is unable to attend a live event, Path to Growth Therapy, LLC may provide one or more of the following, when applicable:
* Access to a recording;
* Registration for a future offering of the same training;
* The opportunity to transfer registration to another participant with prior written approval.
Not all trainings will be recorded, and recordings are provided at the sole discretion of Path to Growth Therapy, LLC.
16. Digital Products
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
* Downloadable worksheets
* Workbooks
* Guides
* Templates
* Educational resources
* Recorded trainings
* Videos
* Courses
* Prompt libraries
* Digital tools
* Membership resources
* Other downloadable content
Because digital products are delivered immediately or provide immediate access to proprietary content, all digital product purchases are **final and non-refundable**.
Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of Path to Growth Therapy, LLC in limited circumstances, including but not limited to:
* Accidental duplicate purchases;
* Technical failures preventing access that cannot reasonably be resolved; or
* Other exceptional circumstances determined by Path to Growth Therapy, LLC.
